Conditions and Grading

I grade very strict. All items are visual checked and are from Very Good (VG) to Mint (M) according to Record Collecter and The Penguin Price Guide for Record and CD Collectors. There are no items less than Very Good (VG). For records: first the record is graded then the cover. For cd's: first the cd and then the booklet. For cassettes: first the cassette and then the booklet.
M = Mint (like new)
NM = Near mint, same as M- (mint, but with only a few hardly to see marks on record or sleeve, almost new)
VG+ = Very good plus (some more marks on record or sleeve, but still good to play)
VG = Very good (some marks are good to see and most possibly to be heard when the record or cd is played)

Cassettes same as 7". A double album counts for 2 lp's.
For cd-singles mail me; shipping costs are less then for fulltime cd's.

Return Policy

A refund will be made when the item is not as described. Shipping costs will never be refunded. Contact me first before sending anything back. The buyer will pay the shipping costs for returning wrong ordered or unwanted items. In case of non or damaged receivement of the order, I can only refund you if the items were sent registered/insured. When you have paid with Paypal, you agree not to make a claim with Paypal for lost or damaged items if the shipment was not sent registered/insured. If you don't trust your local postoffice, send the shipment registered/insured. It's much safer.

Seller Information

In the European Community (EU) I prefer payments by banktransfer using the IBAN and BIC codes, which I shall email to you when you agree with this payment method. This method will cost you and me no banktransfer costs.

All items are secondhand and used. There are no new items. The plastic sleeves are only for protection during shipment. The most of them are secondhand and used.

There will be no shipments on saturday and sunday. The postoffice is closed in the weekend.
I ship the items the day after receivement of payment. All records come in a cardboard box and plastic sleeve for protection.
