Orders are being processed only after receipt of full payment. We have access to over 250,000 new CDs, DVDs and vinyls, but only list about 70,000 on Music Stack that are either in stock (about 35,000 items) of available -usually- within four days.
If you're looking for any other titles, feel free to contact us with your requests so we can add the items you like to order to our on-line inventory for you to order.

Return Policy:
Factory faults may be returned (after contact with us).
If you're not 100% sure you're ordering the right album, ask us any questions you have before ordering. When you order and want the possibility to return a CD, TELL US WITH YOUR ORDER to seal the CD - only sealed and upopened CDs may be returned (after contact with us). Shipping costs are are buyers expenses; we only refund the actual price of the CD.
Vinyl cannot be returned under any circumstance (except factory defect).

Backorder Policy:
Items which are not in stock will be in backorder for a maximum of 30 days. When it takes longer, you will be contacted with the possibility to cancel the order.

All items are new and unplayed unless stated otherwise.
