Return Policy:
How will you deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show up?
Refunds for items lost in transit are dependent upon shipping method. Items shipped non
registered airmail to locations out with the UK will not be refunded should they be lost or
misplaced in transit. All other shipping methods are fully covered.
How will you deal with items that are damaged in transit?
Items damaged in transit must be returned for examination before refund will be issued.
How will you deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return?
Items can be returned (within reason) as long as all shipping costs (to & from) are covered
buy the buyer.

Grading:
The majority of my stock is graded 'excellent' as in almost new condition. Most records have
been played a couple of times on Grado stylus and are now stored in optimum conditions.
Certain items that may not be in such good condition will say so in the description.
