I pack 45s very securely using packing materials especially chosen for shipping phonograph records so they will arrive safe and sound. I am experienced with international shipping and will fill out custom forms with Gift as the notation and list at a low $ figure unless you tell me to do otherwise.

All of my records are Unplayed and should be free of defects. I visually inspect prior to shipping so if I notice anything that looks suspicious I may play the 45 on a high end turntable to ensure it is ok. Occasionally, 45s may have a manufacturing blemish or some other potential flaw that looks
Suspicious and I will do my best to make sure the record is fine prior to shipping. This is a rare occurrence but if you get a defective 45, just return it to me (at your expense) and I will replace it (if possible) or refund your purchase (minus shipping). I collect 45s as well so I want you to have a good experience!

Returns for replacement or refunds must be no later than 30 days from original date of shipment.

Grading:
All records and Picture Sleeves are graded in accordance with GoldMine standards and all 45rpm (wax) are no less than Near Mint unless otherwise stated. All items are New and Unplayed. I do not grade using simply a "Mint" grade as I grade conservatively so Near Mint (Mint Minus) is the highest grade I use. Above all, as a collector as well for over 40 years, I will not sell a record I would not have in my own personal collection.
