We never use this grade.

SS STILL SEALED:
In shrink wrap. Never opened or played.
M- NEAR MINT:
RECORD should show no obvious signs of wear.
COVER should have no creases, folds, seam splits,
cut-out holes,
cut corners, disc wear or other noticeable defects.
INNER SLEEVE or other inserts should be like new.
VG++ VERY GOOD++ :
RECORD may show only very slight scuffing (no scratches)
that would only be audable in softer
passages. The LABEL should be perfect. The centre
hole should not be mis-shapen by repeated play.
COVER should be almost M- but may show 1 or 2 very minor,
barely noticeable defects. (small crease or frayed
corner)
INNER SLEEVE should have no seam splits
VG+ VERY GOOD+ :
RECORD surface may have slight scuffs or very light
scratches that don't affect one's listening
experience. The LABEL may have barely noticeable
ring wear or discolouration. The centre hole will
not have been misshapen by repeated play.
COVER may show slight ring wear and other small defects
(no more than 2 or 3) including cut-out holes or
cut corners.
INNER SLEEVE should look good but may have 1 or 2 split seams
but no tape or tears.
VG VERY GOOD Many Of the defects foud in VG+ will be more
pronounced
G GOOD Can be played without skipping but surface noise
will be very evident especially in softer
passages
