Conditions and Grading
grading is record first, sleeve second
m = like it came from the record company
m- = sleeve: a few small edge wrinkles and/or extremely minor scuffs
m- = record: light scuffs that are almost certainly inaudible
ex = sleeve: still pretty clean, but might have a sticker or some residue and
some small imperfections < 1" in size
ex = record: a few scuffs and maybe some minor noise in runoff grooves
vg = sleeve: bigger wrinkles and some ringwear
vg = record: a little audible surface crackle but no significant scratches
below vg = sleeve: increasing levels of battering, stains, tears and other havoc
below vg = record: increasingly audible clicks, pops, scratches and crackles
when a record has a promo mark like a cut corner, hole punch, or stamp, I
generally grade the record as though there was no defect and then describe
the defect separately.
cc = cut sleeve corner
hoc = hole in cover
woc = writing on cover
wos = writing on sleeve (same thing)
wol = writing on label
sos = stain on sleeve
soc = stain on cover (same thing)
If you disagree with the condition advertised, return the record for a full
refund.

Return Policy
If you don't like what you get from me, return it for a refund. If the problem is mis-grading or inaccurate description by me, I'll pay for the shipping both ways. If it's not my error, you pay shipping both ways and I'll refund the cost of the record.
If the record is damaged or lost in shipping, tell me and I'll issue a refund (an exception to this is Mexico and South America - buyer must accept liability for lost packages to these destinations.)
Seller Information
I do NKVD Records as a hobby since I love the music I sell and want others to be able to get it. I routinely buy extra copies of records I know are good out of used bins in bricks and mortar shops so I can get them into the hands of people who want them. But because it's a hobby I can be a little slow in shipping compared to on-line sellers who do it full time. Typically I ship on Saturday mornings, so if your order is paid for by midnight Friday it will go out Saturday. Now and then I miss a weekend if I only have one package to ship or I'm away from home. Be patient and always feel free to ask what's going on with your order - my intent is for you to get what you want.
