Return Policy:
Accept returns where item is damaged or not as described.
With high value items we photograph any damage prior to dispatch to avoid disputes at a later date

Backorder Policy:
We ONLY select backorder when an Item is in stock but we are having trouble finding it.
We allow 2 weeks for a mis-filed item, during those 2 weeks we actively seek to fulfil your order, if at the end of 2 weeks the item is not found we wil cancel the order.
