Return Policy:
Everything is guaranteed. We do not knowingly sell records that jump or CDs that skip.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the listed condition of your purchase or if your purchase is faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days and we will refund the original cost (including postage and packing), issue a credit note or change it for something of equal value.
Distance Selling
You have the right to cancel your order (for any reason) within 7 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this option, you must inform us in writing (letter or e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of order. If not faulty, goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent out and with any seals still intact. If you use this option to cancel for non-faulty items, you will be responsible for the postage costs incurred returning the item.

Backorder Policy:
All items listed are in stock although we do sell our products on other websites too so very occasionally you may find an item already sold.

Grading:
Every item is given a condition grading which is done by hand/eye/ear on an individual item by item basis. We use the following standard grading system:
* EX - Excellent (including Mint and New)*
No deterioration in sound quality or packaging, near perfect overall.
* VG - Very Good
Some surface scratches/marks but plays well, no excessive wear and tear.
* G - Good
Sound quality has deteriorated noticably with scratches, packaging scuffed/torn/folded.
* P - Poor
Playable but with bad sound quality, packaging has excessive folds, tears, stains etc.
* Although many of our items are in fact new we still grade these as new doesn't always mean mint (but most do end up being 'EX').
Items are graded sleeve/packaging then disc/media. For example, 'VG/EX' means the packaging is very good and the disc is excellent. 'EX/VG/G' would be used for a double album where the packaging is excellent, disc 1 is very good and disc 2 is good.
-/EX means the item has plain or no packaging (for example a record with a plain sleeve or a CD with a plain case and no inserts) - this packaging is not graded as it is replaceable. We can also supply replacement CD cases etc
