Return Policy:
Good Vibrations guarantees all sales to match the description provided at the time of sale. If the item does not reach the buyer in the condition as described a refund of the cost of the item, exchange or credit will be offered providing the seller is advised of the problem within 14 days of delivery, and the item is returned to the seller. Postage and packing costs are non-refundable.

Backorder Policy:
I cannot backorder items.

Grading:
Vinyl albums are visually described as mint, excellent, very good or good. 'Good' items will have marks on the vinyl but there will be no significant deterioration in the sound quality. The other descriptions will be better, up to 'mint' which will be as close to new as you can get for a second hand album. On placing an order a description of the condition will be given, including the sleeve, if necessary. CDs are also graded according to their visual condition, but in any case are guaranteed to play without any problems.
