LPs
FS - Factory Sealed
NM - Near Mint Records appear in new condition. Should play as new
NM minus - Scrupulously cared for record with a minimum of surface mars and spindle trails. All listeners with sensitive systems may not be satisfied but most will be.
NM/VG+ - Near mint/Very good plus - A step down. May have one area of low level recurring noise.
VG+/NM Records may have 2 of 3 areas of low level recurring noise.
VG+ Typical well used record.
VG Noise will likely be constant and/or severe. Need a motivated listener.
G Record barely lays. This is a stopgap and will do until a better copy comes along.
JACKETS
FS - Factory Sealed
NM - Near Mint Generally in new condition.
NM minus - Slightly less than Near Mint
NM/VG+ - Near Mint Very Good Plus. One or two minor defects.
VG+/NM There may be a variety of problems: Ringwear, corner wear, but generally in good condition.
VG+ Probably has more wear, more corner damage and possibly a variety of taped or spit seams.
G and P (Good and Poor) Just plain bad jackets. Might be in two pieces.
CD Grades
We do not grade CDs, however we do have a set of grades for the box or case.

COH = Cut Out Hole

Return Policy
If we have replacement items we provide them.
We expect insurance to cover damaged items but if we have replacements we provide them.
Buyers may return items mistakenly ordered.
We take care of our errors.
Depends on reason: We pay if we send the wrong thing. If the customers want to return it we ask them to pay. And if a record is defective and we didn't notice, we pay the shipping.
