Return Policy:
Refund available for items lost in mail provided that the buyer has a positive history on musicstack.
I do not take back items ordered by mistake. Especially if it is a used item or a new CD which has been unsealed by the buyer before returning it.

Backorder Policy:
Q:What is the maximum time it takes you to get backorder items in stock?
A:Generally 1-2 weeks, rare ocasions may take longer.
Q:When will payment for backordered items be collected/charged?
A:At the time of shipping (when item becomes available).
Q:Explain your cancelation policy for backordered items.
A:Items may be cancelled if backordering is longer than 4 weeks.
NOTE: An order placed CANNOT be cancelled unless order has not been processed yet and/or payment collected. Exceptions are allowed wherever appropriate/reasonable.

Grading:
LIKE NEW - excellent condition, usually no visible scratch or mark (though one or two barely visible little marks may show up at times, not affecting playing in any way). Artwork shows no wear visible wear sign, but may still show punched barcodes, or slit plastic cases, or other marks used to point out out of print items.
VERY GOOD - CD may show some very slight marks of wear, maybe a few scratches are pretty visible, artwork shows slight creases, possibly small tears.
Good - CD has more slight scratches, that don't affect playing. Artwork might show obvious wear signs, but no part is missing.
ACCEPTABLE - CD shows define scratches, sometimes missing a cover or having a cover cut. Please check with me about exact condition before ordering acceptable discs.
NEW - obviously new and never played, though some items may be with torn shrinkwrap and/or replaced case.
