Return Policy:
1) How will you deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show up?
VNS Music is not responsible for lost items in the mail. Insurance is highly recommended. We will gladly add this service on request for small additional cost. Please contact us and request insurance.
2)How will you deal with items that are damaged in transit?
We package every item very well to ensure safe transit, however should it get damaged during transit then it's not our fault and should be taken up with your local Post office. We have no control when an item leaves our hands and we have no control over how the postal system works.
3)How will you deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return?
We do not issue refunds or exchanges. If you're skeptical about particular title, make the effort to look it up online or e-mail us first before ordering. We will gladly answer any questions and provide photo scan of the item on request.
4) How will you deal with returns if the seller makes an error?
If in fact an item is listed in error (which most likely is not) we will accept a return.
5) Who pays for shipping on returns?
If an item has been listed in error by us, we will cover the shipping costs.

Backorder Policy:
90% of items are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Grading:
New- new(as it came from factory), sometimes sealed
Mint- almost flawless
Excellent- Shows some wear, but not defected
Very good- Shows wear and/or scratches, may skip
Please keep in mind that sometimes New items may show slight wear from factory/cd plant. This doesn't mean that the item was ever used, it's just the way it came. Most of cd's we sell often are not sealed and they mostly come unsealed. Because of this, the plastic cd case may show slight scratches, however they are not broken or cracked. If you receive your CD with plastic case cracked, this is due to shipping and is in no way our fault as we have no control over an item once it leaves our hands and is in the possession of Postal System.
