AVAILABILITY: The items listed are subject to availability. We operate on a first come first serve basis. In the unlikley event that an order is placed by another person for the same item, we will let you know by email and no payment will be due. If you have already paid through paypal you will be refunded in full.
PRICING: All prices are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change, due to market fluctuations. Prices shown are quoted in GBP's (UK Pounds Sterling) and are effective until further notice.

Return Policy:
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY...
You may return your unused item(s) with a valid reason (don't like it, changed my mind are not valid reasons) to be received by us within 14 days from date of dispatch for an exchange or refund of the item cost at our discretion.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns must be authorised by Capital Vinyl via email or telephone prior to being returned by Registered mail and in the same condition they were sold. We will email you a printable 'returns packing slip' for you to enclose with your return.
We can only process authorised returns that we receive and that are returned to us in the same condition they were sold.
We are pleased to offer this in addition to your statutory rights.


Backorder Policy:
All items listed are in stock.
However, our items are for sale on our website and are advertised in other locations.
We update our Music Stack catalog regularly (usually weekly).
If on very rare occasions the item you order is unavailable, we will let you know by email and no payment will be due.

Grading:
Grading System.
In order to assist you in buying our discs, we have graded our Records and CDs with the help of Record Collector Magazine Grading System which has originated a set of standards for the condition of new and second-hand Records and CDs.
The condition categories, and a description of what each one means, are listed below:
VINYL GRADING:
BNS = BRAND NEW & SEALED
Brand new and un-played in factory sealed cellophane.
BN = BRAND NEW
Brand new and un-played.
M = MINT
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EX = EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG = VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
G = GOOD
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
We never sell any records in less than good condition.

CD & DVD GRADING:
BNS = BRAND NEW & SEALED
Brand new and un-played in factory sealed cellophane.
BN = BRAND NEW
Brand new and un-played.
M = MINT
The CD shows slight signs of having been played, but the sound quality is perfect. The case/wallet might have slight scratches/creasing. Any extra items such as the insert, lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EX = EXCELLENT
The CD has obviously been played many times, but the sound quality is perfect, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the case/wallet or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
VG = VERY GOOD
CDs are difficult to grade visually: they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Therefore, we test all used CDs prior to grading.
We never sell any CDs in less than excellent condition unless stated in the description.
