Return Policy
Returns are accepted where the error is mine ie misgraded, wrong item shipped etc. at my expense
If the buyer orders the wrong item they may return it for a refond of the item cost but all shipping costs are theirs.
If an item goes astray in the mail providing it is untrackable you will get a refund but it may take some time to allow for tracking.
If an item is damaged in transit clear evidence of this will be required and initially you should contact your own postal authority and make a claim against them
