If you would rather use a payment option (not listed above), please contact us and I'm sure we can work something out. On some occasions we will ship an item COD, but this involves a minor surcharge in addition to the normal postal charge.

Return Policy:
Sealed items can be returned for a full refund.
Cd's, Video Games, and DVD's purchased from the Entertainment Zone should not skip or freeze, but if this should occur, The Entertainment Zone will replace the media if another one is available. If one cannot be located, then a full refund will be issued and the Entertainment Zone will refund shipping costs to have the original item returned.

Grading:
SS (Still Sealed)- Never opened.
MINT has been opened, CD has No visible marks, scuffs, or scratches and plays perfectly.
NM (Near Mint) has one or two very faint surface marks.
EX (Excellent) has a few surface marks.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) is sometimes used as an intermediate grade between EX and VG.
VG (Very Good) visible marks on media, but the item plays without skips or other defects.
