Conditions and Grading

VINYL
Our vinyl stock is generally in Excellent condition, all gradings on the site are shown in the format: sleeve first, item second (eg EX/VG), and our specific grading guidelines (based on the Record Collector Price Guide system) are as follows:
MINT/MINT
Unplayed - record, sleeve, inner sleeve and any inserts are all as new, and label has no spindle marks on the label.
EX/EX
Record has been played, but shows no audible or visible sign of wear; packaging may show signs of slight wear through general use.
VG/VG
A well-loved record - shows visible signs of use (such as surface marks or spindle marks on label) or audible signs (surface noise, slight stylus wear); sleeve may have some cover wear, but no serious damage.
G/G
A well-worn record - visible and audible scratches, label wear, and noticeable damage to the sleeve (split seams, creasing, tears due to sticker removal etc.).

All orders costing £20 - £34.99 add an extra 90p to total cost for Recorded Delivery.
All orders costing £35 - £249.99 add an extra £3.70 for Special Delivery.
All orders costing £250 - £1,000+ add an extra £4.50 for Special Delivery.

Europe (EU countries only)

1st 12"/LP £5.00. Each additional item £1.50 extra.
1st 7" £2.50. Each additional item £1.00 extra.
1st CD £2.50. Each additional item £1.00 extra.

All orders costing £35 - £500 add an extra £4.30.

Non EU/Rest of World

1st 12"/LP £6.50. Each additional item £2.00 extra.

Return Policy

Incorrect or Faulty items
If you have received items that you are unhappy with, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them to us and we will make every effort to replace them for you. If a replacement cannot be offered, we will refund your credit/debit card. Alternatively you can choose to have a replacement item to the same value. Please return the item(s) with your original invoice and make clear which item(s) you are unhappy with. Also, please indicate your preferred refund method. Please post to:

Damaged items
If the damage is limited to standard cases, please email us with details of the damaged cases and we can send replacements out to you.

Seller Information

We ship via Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery for UK orders, and International Airmail or 'International Signed For' anywhere outside the UK.
All UK orders totalling the value of £35 or more will automatically be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This will fully insure your goods and will require a signature on delivery.
All non-UK orders totaling £35 or more will automatically be sent using the ‘International Signed For’ service. This will fully insure your goods and will require a signature on delivery. If your order totals more than £35 please make sure you select a postage option that includes insurance.
