We aren't out to cheat you, likewise we do our best not to fall victim to dishonest customers. We try to be reasonable and easy to work with. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. We only refund shipping on defective or misshipped items.

Grading:
We grade everything visually and tough as we buy it. We will attempt to describe the item fairly and accurately to you. Some of our used product are unplayed promotional copies tell us if you don't want this. We unwrap all of our new discs that are placed on our retail shelf and place them in a resealable polyvinyl sleeve. Some imports also come to us minus a shrink wrap. If sealed cellophane is important to you, please tell us and we will try and oblige. We don't re-shrink wrap anything - as some other dealers do. Ask about reissues or cdr copies in the case of some live recordings. We try and ask you if we believe you are ordering something that you may believe is another item or state. We want to get it right the first time.
