Return Policy:
In all the cases, the records travel under the responsability for the conveyor. He belongs to the purchaser, in the event of damage or of lack, to make any observation necessary and to confirm his reserves by letter registered with acknowledgement of delivery to the conveyor at the moment of the reception of the records, and to inform us by email in same time. No refunding or exchange will be carried out without application of these steps.
The legislation on the remote sale gives right a time of retractation 7 days to reception of the order. However, the parcel will have to be turned over to us to your expenses, in its packing of origin and without never to have been open.
A sealed record (S/S) neither will be shown, neither exchanged, not refunded, except in the event of deterioration which had with shipping (to refer to the steps od chapter 2).
In all the cases of return of goods, the expenses will be the responsability of the purchaser.
