Orders from countries that do not use the Airsure service will be shipped via International Signed For.
Please note that Vinyl In The Attic cannot accept responsibility for any damage to or the loss of orders during shipment. Though it is rare, if such a situation arises we will provide receipts and proof of shipping on request. When ordering items which are valued at over $50.00, it is strongly recommended that you select an insured shipping method, such as Special Delivery or Airsure.

Return Policy:
We guarantee that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your order but, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with what you have received, items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt (for UK orders) or 14 days of receipt (for overseas orders). Grading:
All items from Vinyl In The Attic are strictly graded visually. Many items graded M- are unplayed, unused or new. Any items in lesser condition, such as G or F, are graded audibly and play considerably better than their visual grading. If you have any enquiries, please contact us.
