Released 29/06/09. Recorded in April 1972, "A Story Ended" was the debut solo album by Colosseum saxophonist Dick Heckstall-Smith. Recorded upon the demise of Colosseum, the sessions featured contributions by Jon Hiseman, Mark Clarke, Chris Farlowe & Dave Greenslade Of The Band, along with Graham Bond (of whose organization Dick was a member alongside Jack Bruce & Ginger Baker), Chris Spedding and lyrical offerings from Pete Brown. A superb example of Jazz influenced Progressive rock, the album appeared on Bronze Records in 1972 and is now hailed as a classic of the genre. This Esoteric reissue features three live recordings as bonus tracks and two studio tracks by the band Manchild featuring Dick Heckstall-Smith, James Litherland, Dave Rose, Billy Smith and Theodore Thunder. Full refund is being granted, for tems lost in the mail, provided shipping was registered (insured) and Post Office cannot provide a proof of delivery in the form of a signed receipt by buyer.
No refund is given for items damaged in transit. However, we use professional packing materials to avoid such occurences.
No returns are accepted, except in rare cases of gross misrepresentation in our description, or if we happen to ship the wrong item.
If we make an error in shipping, we cover the postage of item back to us.
