NB: All UK orders £15.00 and over will now only be sent via Recorded Delivery, this will add 70p to the usual mailing costs.

PAYMENT: I would prefer payment to be made in UK Stg in all transactions, but will accept USA $ and Euros also.

We obtain a certificate of posting upon shipping your goods, please note that if you want insured mail please state so.

Return Policy:
Please note that all records are shipped without Post Office rec/reg post, I obtain a Certificate of Posting to prove that the item is sent, I would advise on anything over the value of £20.00 to pay the additional sum for rec/reg post, it is the customers risk if they do not wish this service, but on large sales it is mandatory to have it.
All our records are sent in purpose mailers with card inserts, if damaged it will be because of careless handling by the PO and whilst this is not my responsibility I will assist in helping the buyer get a refund on the item either at his end or at mine should he shipt it back to me.
We cannot accept returns if the buyer decides he has made a "mistake" and ordered the wrong item.
If we, as the seller have shipped an incorrect item, we are happy to make a full refund inc return postage.
