We do not overcharge shipping to boost our profits as some do!!
WE do not ship broken CD Cases! If CD case is broken it happened in the mail. Please do not be upset this is unavoidable. Cases are cheap and will only cost around .30 to buy another.Or you can purchase shipping insurance with us for much more.We do ship all cds in bubble mailers and most get there unharmed.Plus we have the post office put on the envelope fragile. Every once in a while unfortunately a case does come broken we apologize ahead of time if this happens but the case we sent was not broken because all broken cases or cases that are very old we replace with a brand new case!

We Do Not sell CDRs, Illegal bootlegs or Illegeal copies!! All Our cds are factory sealed and Originals or Official Re-Releases or group issued record company released Bootlegs! We sell only the best quality real deal! We accept paypal, checks, money orders. Although shipment will not be sent until check clears so money order would be quicker. We go to the post office on Monday, Wensdays and Fridays. So please give 3-10 days after the order is placed to be recieved depending on how you paid and where you live. Please feel free to contact us if order is not in timely manner for some reason. We can not control the mail but we can tell you when it was shipped. For .55 more you can get tracking put on the cd. Last of all please understand that jewel cases do break now and then in the mail. If this is a concern of yours you can buy insurance for $1.35 (let me know) or when the cd gets there...you can buy a brand new jewel case for .50 or less. Thanks for checking out our stuff!

Return Policy:
Return for same title only! If the title is unavailable. we will give merchandise credit. We do not give cash refunds! Please understand with the growing popularity of CD recorders there are dishonest people out there who copy cds then send them back asking for a refund. We make this impossible by offering the same title only. There should be no reason for needing to return our discs. Our discs are checked each one. If they are scratched the are resurfaced. If there is a scratch that can not be resurfaced we throw away the cd. So this should not be a problem of needing a refund.

Backorder Policy:
All items listed are IN stock! Sometime you will get a letter from us saying we no longer have a cd in stock only because we sell 5 different places and it may have sold a few hours before. We try our best to keep inventory updated. Thanks for understanding.
If this mhappens we can either put it on backorder for you which means you will get it within 10-14 days. Or we can refund your money for a full refund!

Grading:
We grade cds used or new. All our new Cds I will list them as "Sealed" or just "NEW". Most of them are Sealed. If we list them as "Sealed" they are factory sealed. If we list them as "New" this means we ordered them ourselves opened them to scan the picture or get a sound clip and now we are selling them.
All our "USED" cds play and do NOT skip. If any problems with inserts such as rips or marks we will list that in the description. If you want to know further information or would like a picture of the cd. Contact us.
We resurface any cd that has any scratches. Any deep scratched cds we do not sell.
