All items are sent by airmail/small parcel post, which takes approximately 7-10 days to most destinations worldwide. We secure your item by sending it Registered Post, free of charge to the buyer. We accept cash deposits, cheque deposits or electronic deposits into our UK bank account, or Paypal payments: using Paypal is quick and easy.

Return Policy:
All items will be sent registered post. The seller will not be held liable for costs incurred due to items lost or damaged in transit. Buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return it, can do so, in exchange for the item they wanted. If there is a difference in price, this will be addressed: either we will refund any difference owed, or the buyer will be expected to pay any difference owed, if the second item is more expensive than the returned item. If the seller makes an error with an order, it will be put right at the seller's expense. The seller will pay for shipping on returns, if the seller is at fault.

Grading:
We grade vinyl records using the standard Record Collector gradings: M/Mint; NM/Near Mint; EX/Excellent; VG/Very Good; G/Good; F/
Fair; P/Poor. Sleeve and vinyl will be given separate gradings, sleeve first, then vinyl, for example: Vg+ Ex, means the sleeve is graded Vg+, and the vinyl is rated Ex.
