We ship within 5 business days by 3 basic methods, with or without jewel cases at your choice:
AIR SMALL PACKET (unregistered, uninsured, delivery usually takes 10-14 days)*
AIR REGISTERED (registered, insured, delivery usually takes 10-14 days)
EXPRESS MAIL EMS (insured, online tracking, delivery usually takes 3-5 days)
* - by choosing this method you agree to take the risk of item's lost or damage in mails.
All CDs are placed into plastic sleeves and sent in jewel cases which are guaranteed to be in excellent condition and free of any defects when shipped. Please do not expect jewel cases to be brand new - since we deal mostly with used CDs, cases are used, too.
All CDs are sent properly packed to avoid occasional damage during shipment.
Large orders can be shipped without jewel cases, thoroughly packed using special soft cases with cardboard layers to avoid occasional damage. The rates are: first CD $3, each additional CD $1. Insurance - extra $4.

Return Policy:
All sales are final and no returns are accepted except for the following cases:
1. Item received is not what was ordered (different title or condition not as described) - full refund including postage paid;
2. Item was sent insured/registered but arrived damaged - full refund excluding postage paid. Claim shall be passed by the buyer to the end post office and to the sender - once confirmed by the end post office. A copy of claim receipt shall be provided. No refund for items sent uninsured/unregistered.

Backorder Policy:
There's no backorders, all our items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Grading:
SS Still Sealed : Never opened;
M Mint: Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever. No visible marking / scuffing / scratches;
NM Near Mint: Almost perfect, may have a couple of very light marks. EX Excellent: May have some light marks and signs of some wear but will still play perfectly throughout;
VG+ Very Good Plus: Visible scratches but plays perfectly all the way through. May have minor defects of the inserts.
We do not sell items in VG or poor condition. All CDs are guaranteed to play perfectly all way through.
