All our items carry a 14 money back guarantee and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will get your money back.

Grading:
Most of our items are graded as near to the system listed below and usually graded with a visual look as due to the ammount of items we have it is impossible to play them all.
M-Mint/Means item is in perfect condition both packaging cover and vinyl.
NM-Near Mint/Means item not brand new has been used a few times or played only once but nearly new both vinyl and packaging.
EX-Excellent/Means the record shows some signs of having been played and cover may have some signs of slight wear or creasing.
VG-Very Good/Means the record has obviously been played many times but has no major deterioration in sound quality despite slight surface marks and maybe the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on cover and packaging without major defects is acceptable.
G-Good/Means the record has been played so much the sound quality has clearly deteriorated perhaps with distortion and some scratches.Cover and contents suffer from folding scuffed edges and spine splits.
The cover is always graded first and then the vinyl.
(PS) Means picture sleeve
New-Means as it says item is brand new unplayed stock.We do buy in overstock cd's and albums and sometimes due to customers sifting through these items some jewel cases may have scuffing or fading on them but I feel they are priced very fairly to compensate this.The really poor looking ones I will replace.
Used-Second hand cd's and cassettes will be graded as used we will do our best to replace cracked cases and to our knowledge items will play without any problems.If however you find that an item doesn't play for some reason or faulty etc please let us know.It is never our intention to rip you the customer off and as you can imagine due to the large ammounts of items we deal with it is impossible to play them all and check them thoroughly.
