Conditions and Grading

Grading is performed using industry guidelines such as the
Goldmine standard. However we only use bright natural light
to inspect vinyl, we do not use bright artificial lamps for
inspection. We only play records that are near mint or less.
MINT = Unplayed and will be sealed if shipped from factory
with a seal or shrink wrap.
NEAR MINT - Very close to new but has been played at least
once.
VERY GOOD + - Used copy but pretty well cared for, may have
very feint marks but these will not affect play.
VERY GOOD - Significant marks and signs of use but still
playable.
GOOD - Typically a very used ex-DJ copy.

Return Policy

All items that are lost, never delivered or arrive damage will be covered by the Royal Mail insurance, this only covers a value upto 36 UK Pounds. Orders over this value must have additional insurance cover which is charged at the UK Post Office rate.
We will submit a claim for lost, never delivered, and damaged orders to the Royal Mail and await their investigation. Once they refund us we will refund you the customer.
We accept no returns on orders where customer has ordered the wrong item.
If we the seller ship the wrong item we will pay for the return of that item and offer you the choice of a full refund or shipping the correct item.

Seller Information

Shipping - all domestic orders within the UK are shipped 1st class (we do not use 2nd class mail). We only ship records in cruciform packs and always use stiffeners for single vinyl orders. Orders are shipped daily but due to my poor health I cannot guarantee orders will be shipped same-day, typically orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment.
Payments - all PayPal payments must be instant, I DO NOT accept e-cheques. Once payment has been received into my PayPal account your order will be updated to payment received and being processed for shipment.
For payments in US Dollars (all types) these must be mailed to my US contact in California, you must contact me before placing the order to discuss this payment arrangement. Once funds clear my bank account your order will be updated to payment received and being processed for shipment.
