As alot of items are displayed in store, some may be shop soiled and if the grading has varied you will be notified. If we have multiple copies of items it is our policy to ship the 'best' copy.

We use Australia Post as our mail handler. They are the cheapest option available. We prefer to ship via air mail. As you are aware all records have different weights, be they through heavier vinyl or covers. Contact us for exact quotes if you need.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted upon mutual agreement that the item does not meet the criteria as stipulated in the offer.
Refund will be completed upon the return receipt of the item and that we are satified that the item returned is the said item that is to be refunded in full.
