Shipping Methods & Cost:
1st CD (single disc) by international airmail to USA/Europe costs $6 by registered airmail.
Subsequent CDs (single disc) is $4 each.
Double disc ranges from $7 to $8 for 1st CD. Subsequently is $5 each.
Payment by International Money Order or Cashier Check need to add an extra $15. This is the clearance fee charged by my local bank.
