Return Policy
- Items that are lost in the mail or never show up will be resend in case there's more stock, otherwise will be credited.
- We always pack very well so packages that are damaged in transit should be refused at the door, otherwise the risk of a damaged article is for buyer. In special cases a deal can be made for a possible discount on a future order.
- Buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return is no problem, return costs are for buyer, upon receipt of the return a creditnote will be issued
- If we make an error and send the wrong item it can be returned on our costs but first contact us about it
Seller Information
After receipt of an order we pack it and buyer gets an invoice by e-mail. When buyer gives an OK to proceed we charge buyer's card, or request a paypal payment. When payments is ok, package get's shipped the next workday.
