We are open Monday - Friday 9AM to 8PM (EST). We take only a handful of holidays --- please note that we take one 4 day weekend a year, in November, for Thanksgiving, so if you order from Thanksgiving Eve to the following Sunday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday. That is the only major delay in shipping that will happen in each year, and we ask for your patience during that one weekend. Thanks.
Also, please note that any orders outside the USA that are over 150.00 USD must be sent registered. If you place an order from outside the USA, and you do not insure and declare the full value, we will not be responsible for loss or breakage.

Return Policy:
All of our items are guaranteed. All US orders are shipped insured. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us --- we accept returns so long as we receive the item in the same condition that it shipped, and we will credit your card (or cut a check) for the price of the item as soon as we receive it back here. All returns must be approved by us first.
***IMPORTANT*** If you are not a USA customer, and you do not insure for full value, then we will not be responsible if something is lost or damaged in shipping.

Backorder Policy:
All items listed are in stock as of the time we send our catalog to MusicStack (8PM EST Mon-Fri) --- We update our catalog on a daily basis except for Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

Grading:
All of our items, whether picture discs, 45 rpm singles, CD singles or whatever, are STRICTLY GRADED.
ITEMS with no grade are in new or like new condition.
PICTURE SLEEVES are graded first, record second (e.g. M- / VG+)
MINT (M)~New condition.
MINT MINUS (M-)~ Nearly perfect, a record with no obvious signs of wear, a perfect sleeve with no more than the most minor defects and signs of slight handling.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)~ A very good plus record will show signs that it was played, but was taken good care of by the previous owner. Record surface may show slight signs of wear or minor scuffs that do not affect play. Picture sleeves may have slight wear, lightly turned up corners.
VERY GOOD (VG)~ A very good record will show groove wear and may have a few vinyl imperfections which will affect the sound. Picture sleeves will show slightly more wear with perhaps a frayed top edge, ring wear or seam breakdown.
GOOD (G) / GOOD PLUS (G+)~ A good record will show significant wear and/or scratches, but will play through without skipping. It will have considerable surface noise. Picture sleeves may have seam splits at bottom & spines, tape, writing, ring wear, stickers and other defects will start to overwhelm the item. A good or good plus item is usually acquired to fill a hole in a collection until a better copy comes along.
