Return Policy

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that all discs that we provide will correctly play what has been recorded on them. We will replace any item which does not play correctly within 30 days of receipt with a working copy of the same item.
We also guarantee the safe delivery of all shipments for which the shipping address has been correctly and completely entered. Any such shipments not received will be replaced at our expense. (We cannot be responsible for shipments for which an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.)
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
Except for items marked "non-returnable non-cancellable", unopened DVDs, and non-import, unopened CDs may be returned within 60 days of purchase, (with prior authorization) for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of the larger of $1 or 10% of the purchase price.
Non-import items (except items with "special order" status) which are cancelled before shipment are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $1 or 10% of the purchase price per cancelled item. Items with "Special Order" status, import or non-Import, may be cancelled at any time on request with no restocking fee.
To cancel an item or an order, Please notify us to identify the item or order or item to be cancelled, and to receive prior authorization.
Restocking fees do not apply to orders paid by check or money order until (and unless) payment is received.
Should an item not play correctly, please contact us - please identify the item and briefly describe the problem - we will provide further instructions.
