If you are not satisfied with any item that you buy from us then you may return it within a period of 14 days from receipt for a full refund of payment amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All I ask is that you return the item in the same condition that I sent it to you and that you return it by Recorded/Registered post so that a signature is required when delivered to me. As soon as it is received I will refund you.
Obviously I can`t be responsible for the actions of the postal services but I am happy to provide proof of postage certificates to help you claim from the postal service.
