we guarantee for the grading of our used products. If you find an
item in a condition worse than expected after reading the grading
description, we refund your payment.

Backorder Policy:
All Backorder Items are marked. All Other Items, are in stock.
Backorder Items need between 1 and 30 days to be delivered. A few may never arrive.
We provide you with a link to a webpage were you can view the status of your backorder item online.

Grading:
We use Goldmine Grading Standards.
We don'use MINT only for items coming straight from the distributor. So the best possible grading for old Vinyl is NM.
first is Cover Grading
second is Media Grading
All CD Jewel Cases will be in at least Excellent Condition, as worn ones will be replaced by us.
