Shipping Methods & Cost:
USA/Non-Europe: 7" single = £2.70; 12" record = £5.90; CD album = £2.70 (actual price determined by weight). Add 0.70 for each extra CD or 7". 2x12" = £9.50, 3x12" = £12.50. Please ask if you are buying a lot of items because we do post and packing at cost so am happy to weigh total order and give a quote.
Europe: 7" single = £2.25; 12" record = £4.00; CD album = £2.25 (actual price determined by weight)Add 0.50 for each extra CD and 7". 2x12" = £5.60, 3x12" = £7.20.
UK: 7" single = £1.70; 12" record = £2.90; CD album = £1.50 (actual price determined by weight)

All items are shipped within 3 working days of order. We accept all credit cards, cheques drawn on a UK bank and pounds sterling cash (sent at buyer's risk: suggest all cash is sent registered post).

Postage
We use UK Royal Mail Small Packet for up to 1KG.
Orders between 1KG-20KG are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Small Packet service up to 2KG. Postage is worked out at cost and all orders are weighed.
all items are sent in professional record mailers with stiffener.
Overseas orders over 2KG have to be sent in separate parcels.
Recorded Delivery (uk): varies according to the weight of the packet. 1KG and under, it's between £1.00-£3.38
Special Delivery (uk): Insured next day by 1.00pm. depends on weight:
100g = £4.60;
500g = £5.05;
1KG = £6.40.
International Insurance is available: please ask.
We will send surface mail if required: ask for a quote.
Compensation is paid up to £500.00 if you choose Special Delivery.

Return Policy:
If not satisfied with the grading of an item, you may send it back and will be refunded total cost upon return of item(including return shipping)if we agree.
It is recommended you take out insurance but we keep all postage receipts and are happy to put in a claim for any item which goes missing in then post. it usually takes 6-8 weeks for them to process.

Backorder Policy:
All items listed are available for sale so we don't do backorders as such. We are happy to receive wants lists to go on file.

Grading:
Items are graded according to Record and Book Collector gradings.
Record Grading:
Mint: Brand new with no marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover and any extras are in perfect condition.
EX+: Between Mint and Ex.
EX: The record shows signs of being played but there is no significant loss in sound quality.
Very Good+: Between Very Good and EX.
Very Good: The Record has clearly been played a number of times and may have surface marks or slight scratches but there is no major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear & tear with cover and any extras, including creases but no tears or suchlike.
Good+: Between Good and Very Good.
Good: The record has clearly been played a lot and the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have a scratch or distortion in sound.
Fair: The record is still playable but has a lot of surface noise and may jump in one or two places.
Poor: The Record will have a number of scratches, bad surface noise and may be considered almost unplayable. The cover and other bits may be damaged or missing.
