I generally ship the same day if at all possible .I pack my product carefully as I would not want to receive damaged goods.
I welcome "wants" lists as only a small portion of my stock is currently online.

Return Policy:
All items are inspected prior to despatch but I will accept back any faulty products and provide a refund or credit.

Backorder Policy:
I don't normally offer a back order service prefering to supply items that are actually in stock.

Grading:
The stock is graded according to the record guides currently on the UK market.
