When you place an order with VibrantSound we will process your order swiftly! Your credit card statement will show PAYWAY as the payment processor for your order. When ordering with a credit card, please note that if the shipping name and address differ from the billing name and address, we will call the person whose name appears on the order to verify that he or she actually placed an order with VibrantSound. Return Policy:
VibrantSound will, in the rare occasion that a customer receives a defective item, replace the item after authorized return and verification of item returned at no charge. Items which are returned for other reasons can only be considered for credit if they are returned with prior return authorization and only if the return arrives in an unopened, undamaged, and original condition (subject to verification). Refunds for such returns will be reduced by our shipping & handling, and by 15% restocking cost. Any and all unauthorized returns (returns without a valid RMA on the outside of the package) will neither be accepted nor refunded nor returned to the sender of the return. Backorder Policy:
We attempt to obtain special order/backordered items for up to 120 days. Many items are obtained within 30 days and you will receive a shipped notification e-mail the morning after your item ships. We will contact you if we cannot obtain your item. We refund you promptly if we are unable to obtain an item or if you no longer want it.
Grading:
