Orders will be shipped within 2 Days in stock and for Pre-Order, we aim to ship new release products so you will receive them on the week of release.
Prices may decrease prior to the release date. Invoices will be adjusted to current price at time of shipping. Release dates are subject to change.
In rare instances new release products are discontinued prior to date of release. If this occurs, we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail.

Return Policy:
Returns CD accepted is defective. No return for LP,EP,Vinyls . Item must be returned within 7 Days. Defective merchandise can only be returned for an Money back or exchange. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply email us and we will do our best to make you a happy customer.

Items must be returned any unopened and their original condition to ensure a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied an return authorization , the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.

Backorder Policy:
All items listed backorder are held open for 30 days. We attempt to obtain back ordered items for up to 21 days. Most items are obtained within 21 days.
Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery from posting for to get backorder item in stock.
We will contact you if we cannot obtain your item for up to 30 Days, after we cancel any backordered titles that did not come in. If the order is not shipped, there is no charge.

Grading:
This items are absolutely brand new, unopened and in the sealed factory retail package. Shipped within 2 days in stock ! Includes original CD, DVD and all artwork and covers.
All DVD'S are Region 1 (this means they play on all USA / Canadian DVD players).
International customers, make sure you have Players that can play Region 1 DVD'S.

Tax rates apply (GST) to orders processed within your country of residence in Canada only.

NEW (NEW) : Still Sealed. Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.

M (Mint) : Has been opened, perfect condition with no audible or visible defects whatsoever.The CD and cover/sleeve should be exactly as brand new.

M- (Near Mint) : Almost mint but has one or two minor visible marks on the cover/sleeve or surface with sound quality remaining perfect.

EX (Excellent) : There may a slight chance of minor deterioration in sound the cover/sleeve may show slight wear.

VG (Very Good) : The surface and cover/sleeve shows visible signs of wear due to the fact that it has been played on a regular basis. There will be some audible surface noise but it will not effect the listening experience.
