Please note that if you have requested that we send your record by STANDARD DELIVERY rather than by 'signed for' delivery, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. Therefore in the unlikely event that the record(s) is lost or broken during delivery we will not beable to offer you a refund. We would also like to ask that you do not leave us any negative feedback, because we cannot guarentee delivery by standard airmail.
Orders sent by 'SIGNED FOR' delivery will be insured up to £35.00 and therefore a refund will be offered up to this amount should they record be damaged or lost during delivery.

Delivery to European countries usually takes between 3 to 5 workings days. Delivery to all other countries usually takes between 3 to 10 working days. However all international customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order within this time period please contact us. We will then contact the appropriate postal service for you. All items are sent using the appropriate packaging to ensure the goods are in a satisfactory condition when they arrive. Where orders are sent with insurance then this insurance covers you in case of damage in transit as well as if the goods are lost in transit.
Return Policy: An item can only be returned if it is sent to you in a faulty condition or it is sent to you in error. If this is the case then please contact us. We cannot accept returns if it is because the record is not the correct mix or it is not the item you thought it was etc, as we believe we supply enough information on our web site for you to ensure the item you are buying is the item you are looking for. Once the return is agreed by us then you can send it to our returns department. Please contact us for further details. UK Customers must return the item within 5 working days of the delivery date. If you do not return the item (s) within this time period then we will not accept the return and the item will be returned to you and you will have to pay for all return postage. International Customers must return the item within 10 working days of delivery date. If we do not receive the item (s) within this time period then we will not accept the return and the item will be returned to you and you will have to pay for the return postage. Please contact us before returning an item(s) with your reason why. It is also essential that you return item (s) in their original packaging. If returning a music recording please ensure the item is packed securely and that you take out adequate insurance to cover any loss or damage. Any item sent back that does not comply to these requirements will be automatically sent back to you and you will be liable for the return postage. Please note that when returning an item for any reason you are fully responsible for all postage and packaging charges as well as insurance cover. Also if you return an item and we find it to be in working order then it will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return the postage and any subsequent administration charges. Once a return is accepted by ourselves you will be issued with either an exchange where possible or a credit note which will be valid for 3 months.
