CDR PURCHASES - Please note we do offer CDR's along with the original vinyl, both items sold together under category OTHER in our inventory. A CDR is a backup copy of the vinyl ordered put onto CD that can be played anywhere you now play a CD. The CD is cleaned up, with surface noise, pops, crackles removed and tracked. Excellent quality! Keep in mind, especially on some of the very old recordings on vinyl, if they were of poor quality in the first place we cannot perform a miracle when making the cd backup. We do the best we can with what we have to work with.Also we NEVER sell a CDR by itself, in order to purchase these items legally, you must purchase original music and copy together.

Credit card payments will be processed through our store in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Therefore, the total cost of the order here at Music Stack (which is US funds) will be converted at 1.18% exchange(rate could be slightly less or slightly more depending on bank rate each day) to Canadian and put through your credit card as that amount.
Shipping rates vary and the above is a good approx. We will verify exact costs with purchaser if they exceed the amounts we have listed. One day delay in shipping for CDR orders as we have to make the CD after the order is paid for.

We always ship air mail, both air and surface are quoted in the drop down menu for shipping. Make your shipping selection and if you prefer surface shipping state that in customer comments. Note to international customers - Surface mail takes AT LEAST 8 weeks to arrive.

WE SHIP MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY. For the two week holiday period there will be no Monday shipping either week (Dec 26 and Jan 2). Wednesday and Friday shipping will take place. The week of Jan 9th everything is back to normal. For anyone needing to know why they haven't rec'd their items yet, please email us and we will get back to you. Note everything is mailed on a timely basis, and Canada to the USA parcels take anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks to arrive. At this time of year perhaps a few days longer, this is out of our control.

NOTE: No mail pick up or delivery in Canada on Saturdays and sundays.
Also please note: some vinyl/record covers are heavier than others which could put you into a higher shipping bracket. Also when we state 4-7 records the cost is approx as the cost of shipping depends on actual weight not on # of items. Keeping in mind a double record, for shipping purposes counts as 2 records for weight. Also remember, REPEAT CUSTOMERS, receive a 10% discount on shipping. State you are a repeat customer in customer comments!.

Return Policy:
All LP's. CD's and 45's, sealed and used, sold as is.
Legitimate returns of any defective product will be replaced with like titles. Shipping amount is NOT an option in refund situations.No returns on items due to musical content.

"Goldmine Standard" grading:
SS Still Sealed
Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.
M- Mint Minus
Has been opened, but is still flawless
with no damage whatsoever.
VG+ Very Good Plus
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but
will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only
"barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the
begining is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless.
Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
VG Very Good
The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade.
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only
occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the
music being listened to.
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams.
If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings,
but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG",
the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.
G+ Good Plus
Vinyl: May have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to
make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the
casual listener.
Cover: More than normal wear and tear.
