Return Policy:
All items have a 30-day warranty against defect.
Defective items can be returned for refund or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Backorder Policy:
Backorder items usually take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at our facilities. We don't require payment until the backorder item gets to us. Usually, if we don't get the item after 2 weeks, we'll cancel the order.

Grading:
All items are cleaned and inspected before being offered for sale.
Our gradings for records are:
MN = Mint
NM = Near Mint
VG = Very Good
GD = Good
PR = Poor (playback NOT guaranteed on vinyl)
