Airmail parcel post is determined per package weight and risk factor.

Insurance available upon request for US and some foreign delivery.
Although we have not had a problem, we are not responsible for "lost" packages if you have not requested insured or registered mail.

Return Policy:
All CD's and tapes guaranteed to play like new.
Records guaranteed against skips.
Prior approval to return item is necessary. We replace item with exact item, or give store credit.

Grading:
Grading is cover/record. Standard Osborne gradings are used.
Most LP's and 45's are graded visually.
Some (more valuable) 45's are play graded as well.
