Almost all of our titles are second-hand / used and may or may not come in generic die-cut sleeves, and / or have writings on the sleeves or inner labels (see gradings below). We do test our titles BEFORE listing them, and make every effort to describe and rate the condition of the item(s) that we have. However rating vinyl selections is a highly subjective topic, and errors may occur from time to time. So, the only reason that we will refund you your money is if your item(s) have been misgraded by us. At that point we make the necessary arrangements to either replace the item(s), or refund your money to you (S&H charges are NON-REFUNDABLE). The item(s) must be in same condition as when was shipped, and returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Otherwise, all sales are FINAL.

I ship orders out once a week on saturdays days.
I will ship worldwide, but if you have chosen Paypal , then your billing & shipping address MUST be exactly the same.
All packages shipped within the United States are sent via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number.
All packages shipped outside of the United States are sent via USPS Airmail Letter-Post with a corresponding customs form. There are NO tracking numbers. If you are concerned about your international package(s) being "lost," then we can ship them via insured or registered mail for an additional charge of $7.50 per postage. If your package(s) are lost, there will be little that we can do to Help you, other than waiting for your package(s) to be returned to us, which can often take weeks.
once an item has shipped we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged item once they have left our possession. we will be happy to provide a postal receipt as proof of when and where your package were shipped.

Grading:
Almost 100% of the time we down-grade the condition of our titles just to be on the safe side. Meaning, most of the time they are in better condition than than we list them as. Here are the 5 categories that we use to grade our VINYL titles accordingly:
*M (Mint): Vinyl is flawless, no damage whatsoever. Most likely has never been opened or even played.
*Mint- / NM (Mint Minus to Near Mint): Vinyl has minimal light surface scratches, that do not affect the records play whatsoever.
*VG+ (Very Good Plus): Vinyl has light scuff marks and / or surface scratches, but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable," crackles, hisses and / or pops.
*VG / G+ (Very Good to Good Plus): Vinyl has major scuff marks and / or surface scratches, but will still play, with detectable crackles, hisses and / or pops. These titles are considered to be more of a collector's item, and are NOT recommended for DJ use.
*G / F (Good to Fair): Vinyl OK for casual listener, but is NOT recommended for DJ use or for collectors.
*Vinyl Covers / Jackets: Almost all of the titles that we carry do come with their original picture sleeves, but do to the age of some titles, they may have been replaced along the way with generic (black or white doughnut hole die-cuts) jackets. From our end, we will only make a switch is if we feel that the original picture sleeve is severely damaged (tears, water, etc.). Otherwise, expect to receive the title in its original picture sleeve. Also, on some titles, the BPM may be written on the inner label and there may even be stamps or stickers on the outer jacket as well (this information will not be added by us). In any case, we do our very best to grade titles that do come with their original sleeves. However, we are in the business of reselling vinyl, not cardboard, and don't feel that it's of great importance to to have our seller's performance based on this criteria.
