All credit card payments carry a charge of 75 pence (about $1.10). We are NOT responsible for items that are uninsured! Please insure at time of purchase if required.
A credit card charge of 75 pence applies to all transaction we process ourselves. For insurance or surface rates, please ask. UK sent First Class, uninsured, or overseas by air mail as standard. Uninsured parcels are sent at the recipient's risk, we are NOT responsible for items after they have been delivered to our Post Office. Receipts are obtained for all items sent, but this does not necessarily cover the value of the items.

Return Policy:
items may be returned for full cost refund if there is a genuine complaint, ie mis-grading, and that a complaint has been made within 4 weeks of the item being sent. Please check BEFORE you buy if there is any doubt about the exact record you require -- catalogue numbers are specified to help you make sure the item is the one you need -- we cannot refund for mis-ordered items!
