Return Policy:
Return any unopened merchandise within 30 days. Defective merchandise can only be returned for an exchange.

Backorder Policy:
All backorders are held open for 30 days. If after 30 days, the item does not come back into stock, the order is cancelled. We do not charge any credit card until after an order is shipped. If the order is not shipped, there is no charge. For multiple item orders, after 30 days, we ship what is available and cancel any backordered titles that did not come in.
