As New Zealand is a water bound nation, there is no sea mail service. All items go first class airmail (parcel rate) and take 10 - 14 days (officially) to arrive. Often the items arrive much quicker, but that is luck and time of year only and should not be counted on 100%. Economy rate is just $1 NZD cheaper but takes 15-24 days to deliver. For what is saved, it's not worth going economy rate but we will do it if you ask for it.

Return Policy:
All faulty or items will be refunded in full upon the return to the seller in good condition. All refunds will be processed in reverse of the original transaction, ie: credit to card credit, paypal payment to buyers paypal account or cash returned.
If sellers error, seller pays return postage. If buyers decision to return, buyer pays return postage. All damage, lost or error orders should be reported by email to the seller within 3 days of receipt of item(s) and returned goods should be back with seller within 30 days.

Backorder Policy:
We don't advertise items not in stock but if a second buyer wants the same item and we can source a second copy, we will advise. Back ordering is not beatzone record's policy. email us first with your request and we will advise you if we can find it. then, only then, order it at musicstack.

Grading:
SS - still sealed, mint copy
M - mint condition, more likely new without sealing.
VG+ - near new. a few minor scuffs or marks indicating not new.
VG - more scuffings, scratches to cd surface (non playing areas). Minor pops and crackles but plays well.
VG- - some cover soiling, name written on item. pops and cracks throughout but listenable
G+ - cracks and pops all the way. cover damaged, paperwork soilded but items plays right through.
G - there's better copies out there but you really want it, here's a very, very poor copy. includes collector gap fillers (not wanted for playing
