Other items (posters, books, magazines, etc. ...) will be handled as the situation dictates.

Insurance is recommended ($1.65 per $50 extra), buyer is responsible if post office loses or damages a package if insurance isn't purchased.

Inquire about postage if you occupy 3 dimensions outside the USA. Buyers from outside the USA, please be advised that unless you want to pay around $20 more for shipping, there is no insurance available. Therefore, I can't be responsible for non-delivery or damage to a package. So, if you don't trust the US Postal Service or your own country's postal service to handle the shipping duties be wary of ordering.

Return Policy:
Money back guaranteed, minus shipping charges and if returned within 2 weeks in same condition sent. Postage insurance is highly recommended as that protects you from items that are lost or damaged in transit. I can personally only guarantee that the package will be delivered in advertised condition to the post office. After that, it's in the hands of the mailperson. Unfortunately, insurance on international shipping is quite pricey thus not a viable option on most purchases, so international buyers, please keep that in mind. I can't send a refund unless I get the item back to me. If a package gets returned to me as undelivered by the post office I will contact you to see if you still want the item and resend it at no extra charge. Please contact me if you have any questions about an item or about any of these policies.

Grading:
Because grading is such a subjective judgement please consider the grades given as guidelines--although I believe my standards to be quite conservative. (So don't be afraid to inquire about items with lower grades). If you want a more detailed description of anything you're considering ordering contact me. Now...the grade breakdown: Anything from E to M can be considered in great shape with almost nothing wrong. VG through E- begin to show minor problems, but no more than a couple at a time (E-, E--, E--, VG++) to a few at a time (VG+, VG). Below VG an increase in severity of the flaw or several minor flaws are in evidence. While I try to listen to as many of the records as I can while grading, a large majority of them are sight-graded. The grading order is cover/record. CD jewel boxes and cassette cases are replaced if the original case is cracked (unless it is still sealed [S/S]), so these categories' grades refer to the condition of the booklet or tray card/CD or tape. CD's aren't even listed if they don't play perfectly. Lower grades on disc condition therefore refer to the presence of surface scratches on the disc. All are guaranteed to play flawlessly though.
