Conditions and Grading

We only grade the media (ie: CD or LP) not the cover (Record sleeve or CD booklet), If there is anything noteworthy about the sleeve or cover it will be listed in the notes section of each individual item. If nothing is listed, the cover/booklet is in EX+ to NM condition.
Our CDs and our vinyl have all been play-graded.

In the case of vinyl, the record has been listened to all the way through by one of our staff.

In the case of CDs, the CD has been scanned by a computer for read errors, as opposed to having been listened to by an actual human. All of our used CDs are then also visually graded as well.

All of our CDs will play properly (and can be ripped to MP3) unless very clearly noted. We do not sell CDs that don't play unless they are of a collectible nature, and this would be clearly stated in the description. :)

Mint = not sealed, but looks unplayed. If you didn't know it was 2nd hand you'd think it was brand new.

Some of our items have very small initials written discreetly on them. The initials are never on the front or back artwork or on the CD, and they are never on the CD booklet itself. The initials are always written where they cannot be seen without taking the packaging out of the jewel case (ie: on the blank side of the tray-backing artwork, where it would normally be hidden under the CD tray). If this is a potential issue for you, please ask us to visually inspect the item you are buying to confirm if there are initials on it or not.

All our CD are stored and shipped without jewel cases (except for items in digipacks, double CDs, single CDs in special cases, and where noted. Although we do not usually remove special packaging such as slim case CD singles and double CDs, we will do so if you request it)

Residents of Taiwan can contact us (in English) for domestic shipping quotes, but payment MUST be made by ATM. Local pick-up can be arranged, but you'll have to bring me a cup of tea! ;) Choose this line at checkout, but payment must be made by ATM.

We accept orders from all buyers, but any buyers with less than 10 feedback, or with a feedback score of under 80% must pay by either sending cash inside a registered letter, or a bank draft (not a postal money order). If this applies to you, payments made via PayPal will be refunded and the order cancelled.
If paying by cash, please round up to the nearest dollar amount and we will refund you the difference via PayPal (we will also cover the associated fees).

Return Policy

Please contact us before returning any items!

While this is extremely rare, it may happen occasionally, and we cannot be held responsible for the failings of the international post! The buyer, therefore, assumes all responsibility for any and all items that arrive damaged, items that are lost, and items that are undelivered unless the item was sent by registered mail.
Returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer for any reason except in the case of the wrong item being shipped by the seller. Any and all return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer, and C.O.D.s will not be accepted. Only return shipping costs incurred due to the wrong item being delivered will be paid for by the seller.
Any items being returned will be refunded in full less a 10% re-stocking fee. In the case of new and sealed CDs or DVDs, returns will not be accepted if the package is unsealed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

We prefer payment via PayPal except under special circumstances (see below). Western Union, well concealed cash, or a bank draft are also acceptable. (Bank drafts must be made out by an internationally recognized bank, they cannot be purchased at a Post Office, they are not be personal checks).
Due to recent increases to commissions and PayPal fees, we reserve the right to add 5% to the total.
For local sales (within Taiwan) we accept payment via ATM.

ODD SHAPED ITEMS:
Odd shaped or oversize items may make them ineligible for combined packaging. (This would include many Box-sets and limited edition items).
Odd shaped or oversize items may count as more than one item in a combined shipment due to size or weight. If you have any questions, please ask before placing your order!
