Conditions and Grading

We only grade the media, ie: the CD or vinyl iteself, not the cover (Record sleeve or CD booklet). If there is anything noteworthy about the sleeve or cover it will be listed in the notes section of each individual item. If nothing is listed, the cover/booklet is in EX+ to NM condition.
Our CDs and our vinyl have all been play-graded.

In the case of vinyl, the record has been listened to all the way through by one of our staff.

In the case of CDs, the CD has been scanned by a computer for read errors, as opposed to having been listened to by an actual human. All of our used CDs are then also visually graded as well.

All of our CDs will play properly (and can be ripped to MP3) unless very clearly noted. We do not sell CDs that don't play unless they are of a collectible nature, and this would be clearly stated in the description. :)

GRADING SYSTEMS used (We use + and - to help indicate degrees):

Sealed = This item is still in it's original wrapper.

New = This item is still in it's original wrapper.

Mint = not sealed, and appears to be unplayed. If you didn't know it was 2nd hand you'd think it was brand new.

As New or Near Mint = same as mint, but item has possibly been played. It still looks as though you've just bought it, though!

Excellent = no visible scratches and item plays great. There may be a scuff or two that are the result of the packaging, but these are only visible and not audible. These would normally not be on the area where the digital information is stored on CDs. On Vinyl, these would be scuffs due to putting the record into a paper sleeve.

Very Good = One or two visible marks that do not affect play. If this grade is used about packaging, then the package may be damaged in some way and additional information would be in the item's description. (for example: a small crease or tear).

Good = CD plays fine but isn't pretty and/or the package may be damaged in some way (additional information would be in the item's description).

Decorative Only = We don't usually list anything using this grade. HOWEVER!!!!! If we do, be aware that the item won't play properly. This item is of a collectible nature. Additional information would be in the item's description.

We don't describe the artwork or packaging unless it has an obvious problem or visible damage. We grade only the CDs themselves. If you require visual inspection of the packaging, please ask.

Some of our items have very small initials written discreetly on them. The initials are never on the front or back artwork or on the CD, and they are never on the CD booklet itself. The initials are always written where they cannot be seen without taking the packaging out of the jewel case (ie: on the blank side of the tray-backing artwork, where it would normally be hidden under the CD tray). If this is a potential issue for you, please ask us to visually inspect the item you are buying to confirm if there are initials on it or not.

Shipping Costs We do not ship to Russia. If you request a cancellation for any reason after making payment, we can only refund your money less a 10% restocking/administration fee. All our CD are stored and shipped without jewel cases (except for items in digipacks, double CDs, single CDs in special cases, and where noted. Although we do not usually remove special packaging such as slim case CD singles and double CDs, we will do so if you request it). A $1.00 surcharge will be added if you request jewel cases. All of our items are be sent by registered mail by default if available. Express delivery, DHL, or EMS is available upon request. We do not ship unregistered. If paying by cash, please round up to the nearest dollar amount and if it is more than $1.00 difference, we will refund you the difference via PayPal. Since Canadian $1 and $2 are coins, if you pay in Canadian cash, you need to round up to the nearest $5.00 and we will refund you the difference via PayPal (as above). Contact us first for the exchange amount. We do not remove jewel cases from Slim CDs, Double CDs, or digipacks. Residents of Taiwan can contact us (in English) for domestic shipping quotes, but payment MUST be made by ATM: no PayPal. Canadian residents can ONLY pay by online banking, in equivalent Canadian funds, from a Canadian on-line bank. We will deduct $2 from your total to cover Interac fees. Ship standard CD with a jewel case: $1.00 extra for each jewel case. Add a note when placing your order. The $1.00 will be added to the shipping cost per jewel case requested. Return Policy

Please contact us before returning any items!

While this is extremely rare, it may happen occasionally, and we cannot be held responsible for the failings of the international post! The buyer, therefore, assumes all responsibility for any and all items that arrive damaged, items that are lost, and items that are undelivered unless the item was sent by registered mail.
Returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer for any reason except in the case of the wrong item being shipped by the seller. Any and all return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer, and C.O.D.s will not be accepted. Only return shipping costs incurred due to the wrong item being delivered will be paid for by the seller.
Any items being returned will be refunded in full less a 10% re-stocking fee. In the case of new and sealed CDs or DVDs, returns will not be accepted if the package is unsealed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Seller Information

WUHAN VIRUS / COVID-19 update: we are still experiencing postal stoppages to some countries. This may simply be due to a lack of availability of flights, or it may be because your government has closed the borders. If we are unable to ship to you immediately, your items will be packaged and carefully stored until the postal service returns to normal. Please understand that this is a situation that is out of our control and as such is not considered a valid reason to cancel an order after the fact. If you are concerned about shipping delays, please check before placing your order. Check first if your country is (A) accepting parcels and (B) can ship parcels to Taiwan. If the answer is "no" for you, it will be "no" for us as well, and we will have to hold onto your items until the restriction loosen.
We can confirm from experience that there is no problem shipping to the USA or to the UK, but other countries such as Australia, Poland, Germany and Canada are not accepting international shipments right now.

We prefer payment via PayPal except under special circumstances (see below). Western Union, well concealed cash, or a bank draft are also acceptable. (Bank drafts must be made out by an internationally recognized bank, they cannot be purchased at a Post Office, they can not be personal checks).
Due to recent increases to commissions and fees, 5% will be added to the total.
For local sales (within Taiwan) we accept payment via ATM.

Once payment has been received and confirmed, items will be sent by the following Tuesday. All shipments are made on Mondays or Tuesdays. If you have any special requests regarding packaging or shipping, we will be happy to try and accommodate you as long as any additional costs are covered.
