We do sell some 'cutouts'. These are listed in the title of the item. When a manufacturer has too many copies of a CD in stock, they sometimes sell off the extra copies at a reduced price. These copies are marked with a small hole or cut in the CD case, so if someone ever tried to return these items the manufacturer would know that it was originally sold at a reduced price. Such items are called "cutouts" because a small portion of the CD case has a "cut" in it. Of course, "cutouts" play exactly as new because the only difference is that the CD case has a small hole in it.

Return Policy
We accept returns for damaged/defective items. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your music, so we can promptly act to replace the item(s).
The customer may choose to receive a refund for the damaged/defective merchandise, or we can re-ship replacements when the returned items arrive at our warehouse.
Our refunds cover the estimated cost of shipping items back to us, if the customer had to pay for sending the return. We ship the replacements free of charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns mistakenly ordered. If it is our mistake, we'll make it right.
If your order does arrive in a timely manner, email/call us using the invoice we email you, and we will update you on the shipment's status. We usually ship within one business day.
