NM This is the highest grade, record and cover as new. Top condition.
EX Minimal, if any signs of use. Record plays like new.
VG+ The average condition for a record. May have a few isolated ticks.
VG A few scratches and marks, Not trashed, but will have some clicks.

Return Policy
1. A full refund will be given for items that are lost in the mail.
(very few items actually get lost, less than 0.1%)
2. Items deemed to have been mis-graded or wrongly described can be returned for a full refund, plus return postage.
3. There is no return policy for items bought in error.
